'Relaxation and Sound Bath'
This is a collaboration between Emma, The Pilates Lady, and Helen's Sound Meditation.
This is a journey into wellbeing and self care through a relaxing 1 hour session focusing on deep stretching and mobility of the entire body followed by a unique 1 hour experience using sound journey and gong bath to deepen your relaxation. This is the perfect way to relax, unwind, let go of any stress or tension and connect to mind, body and spirit. Using a variety of beautiful global instruments including Hangs, Drums, Gongs and Singing Bowls, you will be immersed in beautiful sounds and vibrations with the intension to lead you on a journey to a place of stillness, deep relaxation and rest.
Experience what it feels like to to take a journey into the the world of sound and find a place of stillness. Sound meditation will help you get in touch with your breath and quieten your mind.
Light refreshments will follow.

Focus on body alignment, balance and posture through a 1 hour gentle stretching session to help bring physical balance and alignment to your body, then relax and unwind with hypnotherapist, Sarah. Find your inner peace and life balance with a guided group session. Make yourself comfortable and bring cushions or blankets for the ultimate chill out time, just for you.
